London shopping centre, The Exchange,¬†is located right in the heart of¬†Ilford and comprises over 90 retailers including Debenhams, M&S, TK Maxx, Next, H&M, New Look, Wilko, Pandora, Sports Direct, and more. Through innovative digital and social projects and exciting experiential activity we’ve increased footfall and community engagement for Essex’s favourite shopping centre.

Fashion Fix Weekend

The brief was simple: showcase the fashion offering within the centre and increase spend and footfall. Our answer? A weekend long series of short, engaging catwalk shows, trend talks and connected retailer offers showcasing over 20 retailers. The 3.2% increase in footfall came in at one of the highest increases of the year and associated retailer spend was up across the board. Job done!

Mini Magazines

For every experiential event we take the fashion from the catwalk and into mini mags that up-sell products to the shoppers and continue engagement past the event itself.
