Huddersfield-based Asparagus Green operate a sustainable and responsible ethos, ensuring all food and beverages they provide are sourced and made in Yorkshire and are served using sustainable products such as Bagasse plates, made from a bi-product of sugar cane, wooden disposable cutlery and Bio straws which are 100% biodegradable.
